For 22 years, Josh Booth has been an executive chef for some of the top restaurants in the state of Texas, with the last 15 of those devoted to barbeque.

 

After opening several restaurants in Texas, the state most renowned for its barbeque, he returned to his alma mater and set up shop in Oxford, MS and opened Booth's BBQ.
